Operation Modes: 

 The initial short press of the button will turn the light on.  Each additional short press of the button switches the light from one mode to the next, i.e.  High, Medium, Low, Flash.   In each of the modes, rotating the knob will have continuously variable intensity.  When in flashing mode, rotating the knob will change the rate of flash.
